She is called chantal, and this is Chantal’s mother.

Immaculate is her name, and she says that she is facing a problem of her daughter, who was born with a condition that they had never seen or known before in their life.

Now she is struggling to give her daughter a life which becomes harder a day after another.

Surprisingly, Chantal says that she is 20 years old, and this shocks everyone that gets to hear it, because she does not look like she is this old and since her bones have a disorder, this explains everything.

Chantal was born like this, and her mother says that at the moment she saw her daughter, she was totally confused about the kind of baby she had given birth to, but the doctors talked to her and convinced Immaculate to take her baby home and raise her just like any other child.

They both believe that with time, they will learn to love their daughter, and this was the path that they agreed to take, though it was not as easy as it sounds.

The elders looked at this and they also wondered what it was, because they had never seen anything like this since they lived, and they also told Immaculate to accept this child, because there was a reason that this had happened.

They took the baby home and started living with it, but shortly when this baby came into their lives, her father also died, and this was something else, because immaculate thought that a life without her husband was not going to be possible.

They could not afford food or even clothes anymore, and this lady realized that she had to do something before she had lost her entire family, and this is when she decided to go and start digging for people so that she can earn some money to take care of this family.

She says that sometimes people she works for do not give her money at all and instead they give her food which they eat or sells it, sometimes so that she can get money to buy some school requirements for her children- one, two, three, four, five.

Besides Chantal, she has another child and they all live together, but the older child is not old enough to work and all he does is housework and later goes to school and, according to immaculate, life is still not easy for them.

Chantal spent a long time without going to school, yet she was standing 19 years old, so they decided to find a school to take her to, because this was something that she always wanted for a long time, but her disability made it so hard to attend school at a young age.

Obviously she could not at all pay school fees for these children and she had to take them to a government-aided school, which was also miles away, but working there was something that they had started getting used to.

Government-aided schools are the ones that governments put up in villages for children to study at a free coast, and all they have to buy is some school requirements they need, like books and other things of that sort.

She had no other choice but to carry her daughter to school, and since they did not have a wheelchair, she carries her daughter by her hands and then takes her to school.

She cannot carry her and then go to the garden to dig for money at the same time, which means that when she goes to school they hardly find food to eat.

When it’s not her mother carrying her to school, her elder brother does, and this makes them arrive at school very late and miss most of the lessons, since they take a very long time to get there.

Surprisingly, she says that she wants to become a minister, and if all does not go well, she at least wants to become a nun, like the ones that are always at church.

She started school very late and she is now in primary three and her classmates are seven to nine years old, and yet she is 20 years old.

They do not have a house and they were sent out of the one they used to live in because they had a lot of debts and they were taken in by a good samaritan who is also poor, but they are sure that they will not last here.

For a very long time, when Chantal was still a young child, her mother tried taking her to the hospital for treatment, and once the doctors looked at this condition, they all said that this was totally beyond them.

They kept transferring her to bigger hospitals.

One after another they reached a point where the doctors told immaculate that her child’s treatment was not at all possible in this country, and the only way they had to do something about this was if chantal was taken abroad, and since her mother had no money, she took her daughter back home.

Chantal says that they could not afford to take her to the school of the disabled, and that is why she was taken to a school of normal children who keep laughing at her and calling her a lot of different names, and she says that when they do this, she just ignores them, goes to class and concentrates on her studies.

They say that all they want right now is to have a wheelchair so that chantelle’s movement could be a lot easier, because carrying her to and from school each and every day is also another task that is not easy at all, and they believe that a wheelchair will solve all of this.

She wishes to go to the school of the disabled, because normal children make fun of her, and she at least knows that the school of people like her will make her feel more comfortable, and this is what she is asking for.
