The 45-year-old has been head coach of the San Francisco 49ers since 2017.

Fans dug up a photo of his unveiling as 49ers coach eight years ago.
And it was placed next to a picture of Shanahan at the annual league meeting this week in Palm Beach, Florida.
Fans couldn’t believe how much the NFL head coach had visibly aged.
“Yikes. Is he ok tho?” one asked.
“Dude aged 20 years in 8 seasons,” another said.
“Aging worse than wartime presidents,” a third wrote.
And a fourth posted, “It’s like serving 8 consecutive years as President of the United States.”
Shanahan has taken the 49ers to the NFC Championship Game four times in his reign.
