Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love is making a significant impact on Wisconsin youth sports through his ’10ve for Cleats’ initiative. During the 2024-2025 NFL season, Love committed to donating new Nike cleats to a Wisconsin youth sports team for every touchdown he scored. With 26 touchdowns—both passing and rushing—Love’s Hands of 10ve Foundation selected 26 teams to receive over 1,300 pairs of cleats.
The beneficiaries span various sports, including football, soccer, baseball, and softball. Notable recipients include Washington Middle School Softball, St. Joan Antida High School Soccer, and Appleton West High School Baseball.
Love personally distributed cleats to several teams, such as during his visit to U.S. Venture, Inc. in Appleton on March 17, 2025, where he met with athletes from Appleton West High School and Franklin Middle School.
This initiative aligns with the Hands of 10ve Foundation’s mission to inspire children from all backgrounds to engage in sports, promoting physical and mental well-being. The foundation also focuses on raising awareness about mental health and suicide prevention, and fostering stronger relationships between law enforcement and the community.
Love’s dedication to supporting young athletes underscores his commitment to giving back to the community and encouraging youth participation in sports.
