Kelce has scored just two touchdowns this season so far.

His lowest season total was four touchdowns in 2016, while the most he managed was 12 in 2022.

The Kansas City Chiefs offense has stuttered through games.

And, speaking on New Heights, Kelce admitted that he’s not on the same wavelength as Mahomes in the red zone.

Kelce was reflecting on the 19-17 win over the Las Vegas Raiders on Black Friday.

“They were able to eliminate the big plays we have, and on top of that keep us out of the end zone,” Kelce said.

“That was the biggest thing for me and what I take a lot of pride in.

“When I get in the end zone I get hungrier.

“And right now, for whatever reason, this year I just can’t find the end zone and I’m not on the same page as Pat.

“It can get f***ing frustrating, that’s for damn sure.”

Despite Kelce’s issues, he still has 675 receiving yards this year.

The Chiefs also booked their spot in the playoffs with the narrow win on Friday.

Kansas City is 11-1 and still on course for an unprecedented third straight Super Bowl.

Mahomes and Co. have battled to a number of one-score, pulsating wins.

“It is what it is, you just have to live with it,” Kelce said.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end plans to become a “heavyweight” figure in music and entertainment.

“Even great teams can have mishaps.

“As s****y as I’ve played, it feels good to be in my 10th year in a row in the playoffs.”

The Chiefs are one game clear of the Buffalo Bills in the race for the AFC’s No. 1 seeding in the playoffs.

But Kansas City can’t afford a loss with their defeat by the Bills giving Buffalo the tiebreaker.

The Chiefs host the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday in an AFC West division clash.
