Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his ex partner Kayla Nicole dated years ago, with rumors of potential infidelity from the All-Pro.

Before Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce began dating Grammy winner Taylor Swift back in 2023, the All-Pro tight end was in an on again, off again relationship with Kayla Nicole.

The pair dated for five years from 2017 through to 2022, and like most relationships, they had their ups and downs, with rumors swirling that the reason the pair broke up was because Kelce allegedly cheated on her, a rumor that Travis denied and called a lie per Page Six.

But now, Nicole’s comments on her podcast, The Pre-Game podcast, have once again thrown these rumors and speculation about the pair’s relationship into the spotlight.

“You watch the Disney movies, you grow up in church,” Nicole said via Page Six. “I was raised to believe that a man and woman, if they are in a relationship, if they are married, you are only intended to be with each other, and you make this agreement, this promise to one another to hold each other accountable. Have I experienced that in dating and relationships in my life? No.

“When you are cheated on, the heartbreak and devastation that come with that. The insecurities that come with that. It can be overwhelming.”

Now, Nicole didn’t state Travis by name, so for most, her words don’t directly relate to Kelce, but that doesn’t mean that people won’t put two and two together.

With the pair now past the troubles that happened in their relationship, as Kelce is now with Taylor Swift and seemingly going from strength to strength, but it is clear that Nicole has been hurt in the past by her partners, and that clearly plays on her mind a lot.

The world can be a brutal place at times, and for Nicole, that certainly seems to be the case when it comes to relationships, whether that’s from Kelce or not.
