Tests determined that Pitre suffered a partially torn pectoral muscle and wasn’t initially expected to undergo surgery but would weigh a second opinion. He missed Week 13 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Texans are coming off BYE and host the Miami Dolphins for Week 15.
