Tim Henman is interested in seeing whether Novak Djokovic will shout at Andy Murray and vice versa during the Australian Open. This is why Henman wants Djokovic to struggle during the matches as a tense moment could prompt heated moments between them.

All eyes will be on the former rivals in Melbourne, particularly on how they communicate during matches. Henman said it would be ‘fun to watch’ them, especially the time when Djokovic would yell at Murray.

Djokovic, who split with Croatian coach Goran Ivanisevic in March this year, joined hands with Murray in November and since then there have been discussions about whether the pair would be successful or not when the next season starts Down Under.

Andy Murray retired at the Paris Olympics in August this year and in about three months he is back in the circuit again but as a coach. Many tennis pundits have predicted that Murray’s next job would be to coach a player but that he would join Novak Djokovic‘s entourage was probably no one had foreseen.

There were rumors of Murray not accepting coaching offers from several top players. Tim Henman was intrigued by what was the motivation behind Murray accepting Djokovic’s offer.

Murray if reports are to be believed, won’t be in Brisbane where the Belgrade native will kick-start his 2025 season. At the Australian Open, Djokovic will be chasing his 11th title and his 25th Grand Slam title. In 2024, he failed to defend the Australian Open as eventual winner Jannik Sinner upset him in the semifinals.
