Dear 49ers Faithful,

As I sit to write this letter, my heart swells with pride, gratitude, and an unshakable sense of purpose. Coaching this team is more than a job—it’s a sacred bond, a relentless pursuit of excellence, and a commitment to honor the storied legacy of the San Francisco 49ers

This franchise stands on the shoulders of legends. From Montana to Rice, from Walsh to Young, our history is a testament to what is possible when talent meets heart, strategy meets execution, and belief meets action. To wear the red and gold is to carry the weight of expectations and the privilege of belonging to one of the most passionate fan bases in sports.

This season, as we chase greatness once again, I want to take a moment to speak directly to you—the fans, the backbone of the 49ers empire. You are the voices that echo through Levi’s Stadium, the faces painted in red and gold, the ones who ride with us through every high and low. Whether you’re in the stands, in your living room, or halfway across the globe, your energy fuels us.

To my players, I want to say this: You are warriors. Every day you step onto that field, you represent not just yourselves but an entire community that bleeds for this team. You battle through pain, endure criticism, and give everything you have because you believe in something bigger than yourselves. You have my unwavering respect and gratitude.

To the entire 49ers organization, from ownership to our incredible support staff: Thank you for your tireless dedication. It takes a village to sustain greatness, and your commitment behind the scenes is what makes our on-field success possible.
