BREAKING: Dan Campbell drops F-bombs on live radio in impassioned speech about Lions injuries.TS.THANHDUNG

The Detroit Lions continue to be plagued by injuries, something that has been an issue the entire season. Normally, it’s the defensive side of the ball that has been hardest hit, but now injury issues are leaking over into the offense, also.

On top of losing defensive lineman Alim McNeill and cornerback Carlton Davis to serious injuries, Detroit will now be without running back David Montgomery for the rest of the season because of a torn MCL, head coach Dan Campbell revealed on Monday.

“It looks like he’s going to require surgery that will put him out for the rest of the year,” Campbell said. “He had gotten [the injury] at some point yesterday in that game.”

“We’re going to miss him, man,” Campbell admitted. “He’s another one of these guys that got us to this position — helped get us to where we’re at. And the rest of us, we owe him to keep going and make sure that wasn’t in vain.”

During his usual Tuesday spot on Costa and Jansen on 97.1 The Ticket, Campbell gave an impassioned speech about dealing with the injuries and overcoming them. And, in the process, he dropped a few F-bombs on live radio.

You can check out the clip of Campbell dropping the F-bombs below but, of course, warning: NSFW language.

“What happens is you get used to eating filet — and I’m talking all of us — and everything’s good,” Campbell said. “Life’s good, but you forgot what it’s like when you had nothing and you ate your f****** molded bread.”

“And I don’t give a crap whether we gotta win by one point for the rest of the year, that’s what we’re going to do,” Campbell added. “And I’m going to be happy about it. We come out of the game with 50 yards of total offense and we win by one? You’re going to see smiles on my face. I promise you.

“If it’s the other way, defensively we give up 700 yards and we win by one point, you’re going to see a f****** smile from my ear to ear, alright? I can promise you. So we’re going to find a way, and we’re going to get it done.”

I am not employed by the Lions in any form or fashion, yet I’m ready to run through a wall for Campbell just listening to him.
