BREAKING: Bills Josh Allen Reveals Secret To Turnaround In One Key Area.THANHDUNG

Since Josh Allen has been in the league, the Buffalo Bills quarterback has been known as a gunslinger, and often he’s been reckless with the football, both running and throwing.

In five of his seven NFL seasons, Allen has thrown double-digit interceptions and at least seven fumbles, and he has had 13+ in a season twice.

But this season, Allen has reeled in the turnovers by a considerable margin. Every year, he’s had at least 17 total turnovers, but in 2024, Allen has just six interceptions and five fumbles.

It has been a noticeable improvement for No. 17 and he has explained why his turnover numbers have dropped this year.

“I think conceptually just with Joe [Brady] understanding what he’s calling, why he’s calling it,” Allen said. “Some years you get a lot of tipped interceptions, and some years you get a lot of dropped ones.

“I’ve probably thrown a couple that have been dropped and again just trying to make good decisions. But I think that starts with the concept that Joe’s putting in and making sure that RC [quarterbacks coach Ronald Curry] is going through everything and learning those the right way.”

Allen’s lack of interceptions has been a big reason why the Bills have raced through the regular season en route to a 13-3 record. While Allen hasn’t thrown for as many yards, he’s got the same number of passing touchdowns and has 12 rushing touchdowns, and he’s only been sacked 14 times, the lowest of his career.

So he’s still getting ample production while not turning it over.

There are ample positives to Allen’s play this season, one of which is his limited turnovers, which might help No. 17 win his first MVP award.

But more importantly, Allen’s ability to protect the football might just be the biggest weapon in Buffalo’s arsenal as it looks to break through in the playoffs and win a Super Bowl.
