UPDATE: In-Demand Bills Coach Joe Brady Reveals Hiring Plan Before Playoffs.THANHDUNG

The Buffalo Bills are gearing up for a playoff tilt that starts with hosting the Denver Broncos at Highmark Stadium, but other storylines are also popping up this week.

With the Bills being one of the best teams in football, now comes the part of the season when other teams look to try to fill their coaching vacancies. With offensive coordinator Joe Brady a name that has popped up time and time again as a candidate, it looms as a potential distraction.

But Brady isn’t worried about any potential interviews that might arise over the next week; he is solely focused on winning a Super Bowl in Buffalo.

“There really doesn’t need to be much of a balance because my focus is strictly on trying to win Super Bowl here and us trying to find a way to win this game this week,” Brady said. “The reality of it is some of the interviews, if interviews happen would be next week, so nothing for me to even think about right now and just focus on Denver. Do I aspire to be a head coach? Yeah, I would love to, given the right opportunity. I’m honored to even [have] the name be thrown out there, but right now, my focus is find a way to win a football game this week.”

With Brady the mastermind behind the NFL’s second-highest-scoring offense (30.9 points a game) and also playing a big role in Josh Allen’s seriously limited number of turnovers, he is looming as a quality head coaching candidate despite not having been one in the league before.

But while what might come next is fun to think about, there is a small matter of a Super Bowl hunt that Brady might focus on.

And if he can be the one who helps Allen and Co. finally get over that playoff hump and claim the Super Bowl, then there will be a long line of teams interested in his services come season’s end.
