Bills Mafia continues to prove that they are the best fans with incredible gesture towards Ravens TE Mark Andrews after Divisional Round game. PicassoHTX

Bills Mafia is incredibly generous.

And they proved that once again with an very sweet gesture towards Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews after Buffalo came away with the win in the Divisional Round.

Andrews struggled in Sunday’s game and was ultimately responsible for dropping a pass from Lamar Jackson that would have resulted in a successful two-point conversion to tie the game with just over a minute and a half remaining. Because of that, the Bills walked away with the win.

Andrews received a lot of criticism for this play, but Bills Mafia wanted to give back and help him.

The Ravens gave Bills fans a shoutout on Tuesday, announcing that many had donated to Andrews organization, Breakthrough T1D, which works towards curing an improving the lives of those with Type 1 diabetes.

As of Tuesday night, the GoFundMe had raised over $36,500. It was set up by two college students who run their own Bills blog, Nicholas Howard and Ryan Patato.

“As many of you know Ravens TE wasn’t able to catch the the game tying 2 point conversion and upset Ravens fans. On top of that the TE has been receiving death threats and nasty comments atter his performance last night. We want Bills Mafia to donate to Marks charity for Juvenile diabetes. Let’s reach a goal of at least 5k. Please repost this! LINK TO DONATE WILL BE IN OUR BIO @thebuffalobrief on IG,” Howard and Patato wrote on the GoFundMe page.

And Howard spoke with Baltimore Sun about how this all came together.

“At first, it was just Bills mafia,” Howard explained. “But as it grew and grew, I’ve gotten a lot of Ravens fans, Texans fans, all kinds of fans donating to the fundraiser. I’ve gotten Ravens fans hitting up our DMs on Instagram saying, ‘We love what you’re doing. We appreciate it. As much as we don’t like the Bills, we appreciate it.’ It’s very heartwarming getting those messages.”

Along with donations, members of Bills Mafia wrote very kind notes, voicing their support.

“Bills Mafia has your back! Keep your head held high and we’ll see you next year!!,” one person wrote.

“Lots of support from Bills Mafia for Mark Andrews. Thanks for your hard work on and off the field! A true community player!,” another said.

The fundraising goal is set at $50,000 and those interested in donating can click here.
