Tom Brady Is ‘Looking To Sell’ His ‘Billionaire Bunker’ Mansion in Miami for $150 Million After Breaking Silence on Fox Sports Future – kid

NFL legend Tom Brady is reportedly “looking to sell” his famed mansion on Miami’s Indian Creek Island for the jaw-dropping price of $150 million, just months after he completed a years-long renovation on the home.

The 47-year-old purchased his home inside the exclusive gated community—known to many as “Billionaire Bunker” because of its ultrawealthy residents—for a hefty $17 million in 2020, when he was still married to supermodel Gisele Bündchen.

However, in the years since, the former New England Patriots quarterback has plowed millions of dollars into an extensive gut renovation of the home, which has only recently been completed.

Brady’s plans for the property essentially saw him demolishing the existing structure to make way for a modern dwelling, which the Fox Sports commentator has proudly been showing off in a series of social media posts in recent months.

Yet, while the football superstar appeared very happy with his expansive bachelor pad, Bloomberg now reports that he is “weighing the sale” of the home, claiming that Brady has “already received bids valuing it at more than $150 million.”

Sources familiar with the matter added that the megamansion is “being shown to a small group of potential buyers,” indicating that any future deal would be made off market.

Should Brady decide to sell—and manage to find a buyer willing to pay $150 million for his home—it would become the most expensive single-family property ever sold in the Miami area, a record that is currently held by Ken Griffin, who paid $107 million for his mansion in Coconut Grove back in 2022.

However, Bloomberg notes that any discussions Brady is having regarding the value of his home or a potential sale do not “guarantee” that he will end up offloading it.

Still, a sale would mark the start of a new chapter in the athlete’s life—particularly given that he first bought the property in 2020 during his marriage to Bundchen, reportedly with plans to build a home that would serve as a base for their family.
