Hailee Steinfeld, Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen’s Fiancée, Brutally Shades Other 3 Teams in AFC East.THANHDUNG

The NFL’s AFC East division consists of the Buffalo Bills, New York Jets, New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins. But if you ask Hailee Steinfeld, it’s just the Bills, led by her fiancé, Josh Allen, and some also-rans.

Steinfeld, 28, played a game of Truth or Wear with celebrity style outlet Who What Wear, and in it, was dared to take their football IQ quiz.

One of the prompts: Name the four teams in the AFC East division.

“You’ve got the Buffalo Bills,” the Oscar-nominated actress began, “and the Bills’ three sons.”

Like all good burns, it’s based in truth. The Bills have won the last five AFC East division titles as the once-mighty Patriots have fallen on hard times in the post-Tom Brady era.

The Bills’ quarterback, Allen, has been the catalyst to the team’s run. Allen, 28, was the 2024 NFL MVP and has been an All-Pro player three of the last five years. In that time, the Bills have won eight playoff games despite not having won any from 1995 to 2019.

To Steinfeld’s credit, she also correctly answered how many yards a roughing the passer penalty is (15) and correctly named the Super Bowl trophy (the Vince Lombardi Trophy).

Hailee Steinfeld Brutally Shades the 3 Other Teams in Buffalo Bills Division

While the Bills have yet to hoist the Lombardi Trophy themselves, Steinfeld has been by Allen’s side for his last two division titles. She and Allen began dating in 2023 and the Edge of Seventeen star has been periodically spotted at Bills games ever since.

The pair got engaged in November 2024, announcing it in a joint Instagram post. The photo showed Allen on one knee in front of a flower arch with the ocean and sunset behind them.

Allen opened up about the proposal in the December 2024 edition of Steinfeld’s “Beau Society” newsletter.

“I said, ‘I couldn’t wait any longer.’ I said, ‘I can’t wait to start a family with you.’ I said your full name, and I asked you very nicely. I said ‘please,’” he wrote.

Earlier this month, Steinfeld and Allen made their red carpet debut together at the 2025 NFL Honors awards ceremony, where Allen was presented with his MVP award. Steinfeld’s sparkling diamond engagement ring was, of course, in full view.

That night, Allen gave Steinfeld a shoutout as he accepted the honor.

“You’ve been my rock. You are my best friend [and] I would not be standing on this stage if it weren’t for you,” he said. “So, with that being said, be good, do good, God bless and Go Bills.”
