We are now eight weeks into the 2025 calendar year and the NFL Draft has already taken control over the football world.
The NFL Scouting Combine is this week and the Minnesota Vikings will be there in full force to find the next great player to don the purple and gold. Last year, meetings with quarterback J.J. McCarthy and Dallas Turner ended up getting them drafted
We have seen 35 players get selected across 184 mock drafts in the first seven weeks and we finally had a new addition to the list in the eighth week.

He’s not the shutdown corner of, say, Sauce Gardner when he came out, or as physical as Joey Porter Jr. (and maybe that’s a good thing), but he’s a nice mix of both in terms of size and play style.-Wilson

Once a potential top-10 pick, Starks has the athleticism, instincts and versatility to handle different responsibilities for defensive coordinator Brian Flores. Starks finished his Georgia career with six interceptions, and his range and intelligence translates to defending the run. He’s an early impact player and the draft’s best safety.-Flick
