Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes recently celebrated an important family milestone. This came in the form of their eldest daughter Sterling’s 4th birthday. 

On Saturday, Brittany Mahomes shared a video montage of the family’s celebration, which included highlights of their daughter’s Bluey-themed birthday bash. 

While it was obviously Sterling who was the star of the video, the fans could not help but notice a significant change in Patrick Mahomes’ physical appearance. The Chiefs quarterback sported his new hairstyle at his daughter’s party and more than a few fans on social media did not like what they saw. 

“Happy birthday Sterling. I’m still an emotional wreck over Patrick’s new haircut 
” a comment on Instagram read. 

“I’m heartbroken, the previous haircut is literally called ‘the Mahomes,’” said another. 

“Patrick Mahomes does not look good 
hope he’s ok,” a fan reacted.

Patrick Mahomes also lost his grandfather several days after Super Bowl LIX. Randy Martin, the father of Patrick Mahomes’ mother, Randi Mahomes, passed away on Feb. 12 at the age of 78 after entering hospice care in January.
