The Baltimore Ravens finished the 2024 regular season with the No. 1 offense in the NFL.

Offensive coordinator Todd Monken — who the Ravens inked to a contract extension when the year came to an end — put together an impressive unit anchored by the running threat of both Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry.

Last offseason, the Ravens were aggressive in their pursuit of Henry, who had an impressive tenure with the Tennessee Titans where he won NFL Offensive Player of the Year honors in 2020.

Still, Henry was able to put together his second-best NFL season with the Baltimore Ravens in 2024, finishing the year with 1,921 yards and 16 touchdowns.

Defensive coordinators were forced to account for both Jackson and Henry in the running game while still making sure they don’t get beat over the top in the passing game. The result? Jackson threw for over 4,000 yards and 41 touchdowns while rushing for another 915 yards and four touchdowns.

As it currently stands, the Ravens should come back in 2025 with most of their key pieces from the 2024 offense. The biggest question right now is surrounding the future of starting left tackle Ronnie Stanley, who is set to be a free agent.

It’s safe to say GM Eric DeCosta and the Ravens brass will do whatever it takes to keep Stanley as the anchor on the offensive line. Beyond Stanley, there have been rumors linking tight end Mark Andrews as a potential trade candidate due to the salary cap situation, but even that would be a surprise.

In 2024, WR Zay Flowers cemented himself as a true No. 1 wide receiver in the NFL, earning Pro Bowl honors for the first time in his career.

The Baltimore Ravens have one of the best tight end duos in the league and Flowers along with Rashod Bateman were reliable pass-catchers for Jackson in 2024, but it’s safe to assume they may add a veteran WR this offseason.

The Ravens could have a massive need at offensive tackle if Ronnie Stanley leaves; but if Baltimore retains the 30-year-old, the team will have to go with less expensive options to address other needs.

Lamar Jackson was great as a passer last year, but he could benefit from improved pass-catchers behind Zay Flowers.

Allen will be 33 when the season starts and had modest numbers last year in Chicago, but he topped 100 catches and 1,200 yards with the Los Angeles Chargers as recently as 2023.
