INDIANAPOLIS — For a second straight year, NFL players say the Miami Dolphins are the best organization to work for.
According to the results of the NFL Players Association Report Card, Miami does it right.

Miami Dolphins need on-field succeed, but operating first-class
The Dolphins have not won a single playoff game since December 2000.
But it’s despite the best efforts of owner Stephen Ross and CEO Tom Garfinkel, who work tirelessly to make the work experience excellent for Miami players and staff.
