Stephen Curry Has It All Wrong As Media Interaction At Madison Square Garden Results In Apology From Warriors Star…TS.DHUNG.

Gone are those days when emotionless Steph sat on the bench with a towel on his head. He expresses himself now. The Warriors have a 9-2 record since the Jimmy Butler trade. However, last night, it was all about Stephen Curry and his unique connection with the iconic Madison Square Garden. He recorded his 10th straight win at the arena with his all-round performance. But there is yet another special stat that the Baby-faced Assassin got it completely wrong at the post-game press conference.

Taking on Jalen Brunson & Co., the Warriors were on a roll. Until the first half, it looked like an evenly poised outing. Coming off the break, the Dubs took charge and produced a 114-102 win. During the final moments of the game, Curry was putting himself on display with his shimmy shakes and stuff. Most importantly, he carried the same energy into the press meet.

When a reporter highlighted his win streak and asked him to speak about the relevance of MSG, Stephen Curry quickly cut in and said, “I heard 13. I don’t want to cut you out. Somebody on the court told me 13. Fact check. I’ll take it.” Unfortunately, the 4x NBA Champ had got it wrong. Curry indeed had a long winning streak in his 13-game stint at the Garden, but unfortunately, he had lost a game in 2013. So, he has a record of 12-1 at MSG. Moreover, if we take the superstar’s college stint also into account, then he has a 13-1 record.

Anyway, the Chef apologized to the reporter for interrupting and continued with his take on the premium arena. “It was my best individual game. Weird. Sorry to interrupt you. Madison Square Garden… naturally has great unique authentic basketball energy and like the fans are unreal, like the who’s who, celebrity row and all that,” said the superstar. “But just everybody’s anticipating great basketball and from my first game here in college to now like it’s always delivered.”

Interestingly, Steph Curry got another stat wrong in the same conversation. Let’s find out.

Stephen Curry forgot his own high-scoring game

A few nights ago, Stephen Curry recorded his 14th 50-point game, scoring 56 points against the Orlando Magic. It dialed back the clock for the Dubnation, marking that the 36-year-old is well and truly locked in this year. On the other hand, the superstar doesn’t seem to remember all his 50-point outings.

I’ll tell you how. While speaking to the same reporter, he said, “It was my best individual game. Weird,” reflecting on last night’s 28-point outing. Ironically, the superstar scored his first-ever 50-pointer game at the MSG. Taking on Carmelo Anthony’s Knicks in 2013, Steph scored 54 points in a losing effort. Unfortunately, it was the only game that Curry lost in the arena.

I get it. It’s tough to remember all your games, especially if you have 14 50-point games, it’s hard to recall everything. Anyway, none of it matters now. With 20 more games left in the regular season, the 6th-seeded Warriors will look to make the most of it and reach the top-4 seeds in the coming days. Of course, Curry will spearhead the team’s run! What do you think? Will they make it to the top? Let us know in the comments.
