Jordan Love, the quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, greeted an Appleton West baseball player with a handshake during a stop on the ‘10ve for Cleats’ campaign held on Monday, March 17, 2025, in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Love made a visit to U.S. Venture, Inc. to distribute nearly 100 pairs of cleats to local youth sports teams, including the baseball team at Appleton West High School and the softball and soccer teams at Franklin Middle School. Wm. Glasheen from USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin captured the event.
At the same event, Franklin Middle School’s Maggie Farah tried on her newly acquired cleats. The campaign, led by quarterback Jordan Love, aimed to provide sports equipment to young athletes.
