Horses are very calm and tender animals for all us horse people, however, these gentle giants can become very intimidating to other animals, who can panic as soon as they approach a horse for the first time. This is true even for humans because when you have a giant creature in front of you the first instinct that you will have is fear.

In fact, horses are usually very friendly animals, but some are very picky when it comes to choosing their friends. Some of them don’t like other horses, some are not affectionate of people, some really love cats, etc… But one thing we know for sure, they really enjoy the company of dogs.

Although their appearance is very different both horses and dogs love socializing and bring positive vibes every time they are together. In the video below we can see a gorgeous golden retriever named Cooper, who doesn’t seem to like all the cows on the farm very much, but has found his new love and excitement in horses!

At first, Cooper was a bit shy when she approached the giant horse, but the horse was so welcoming and friendly that they socialized immediately and began having a lot of fun together. Cooper enjoyed running next to the horse while he was galloping around.
