In a shocking new revelation, Courtney Burgess, a man who recently testified before a Federal grand jury, claims to have in his possession a trove of digital evidence detailing parties hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs. According to Burgess, the material was given to him by a friend, who handed over 11 flash drives that once belonged to the late Kim Porter, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend and the mother of four of his children.

Burgess, who previously shared his story on a podcast, stated that eight of the flash drives contained videos featuring celebrities at Diddy’s notorious “freak-off” parties. He revealed that the videos show six men and two women, with some of the individuals potentially underage at the time of recording. While the identities of the celebrities in the videos are known, they are not being publicly named, as they are reportedly victims of sex crimes.

The evidence does not end with the videos. Burgess also claims the flash drives contained a manuscript for an alleged memoir written by Kim Porter. This memoir, according to Porter’s children, is a fake. The manuscript, which runs about 54 pages, includes a statement that Kim Porter had made a promise to someone close to her to ensure the book would be published in the event of her death. Burgess, however, says he has no knowledge of who actually wrote the manuscript, although he believes it was based on notes from Porter’s personal journals.

Burgess and his attorney, Ariel Mitchell, spoke with me shortly after his grand jury testimony. They discussed the nature of the recordings, including questions about whether the people in the videos were aware they were being filmed. Burgess confirmed that there were cameras present in private spaces, but he did not personally see the cameras. He also acknowledged that the people in the videos appeared to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs at the time of the recordings.

The conversation turned to the disturbing nature of the footage, with Burgess stating that all the individuals involved were victims, as they seemed unaware of what was happening due to their altered states. He also mentioned that two to three of the individuals in the videos appeared to be minors, raising further concerns about the legality and morality of the events that transpired.

In addition to the videos, the flash drives reportedly contained personal material that Burgess believes came from Kim Porter herself. The manuscript seems to be a reflection of Porter’s private journals, with vivid dialogue and intimate details, suggesting a deep connection to her personal experiences. Burgess admitted he didn’t read the book, but the authenticity of the content, which details relationships and emotional trauma, could provide further insight into Porter’s life.

The situation has become more complex, with the federal authorities conducting an investigation into the materials provided by Burgess. However, he clarified that he did not face a raid or any charges related to the flash drives. Instead, federal marshals served him a subpoena, requesting documents and evidence tied to the investigation.
