A little dog named Bong turns 5 years old today. But unlike other dogs, Bong has no one to celebrate with. Bong is an abandoned dog living on the streets.

Bong’s birthday is just a normal day like any other day. No cake, no gifts, no congratulations. Bong only has barks that echo in the dark night, like a plea for a little love.

But Bong never gave up. Bong still believes that somewhere out there, there is someone who will love and care for him. Bong still dreams of having a warm home, of curling up next to a kind owner.

And then, a ray of hope flashed. A little girl named Lan happened to meet Bong on the street. Lan saw the loneliness in Bong’s eyes and felt pity. Lan decided to bring Bong home and take care of Bong.

For the first time in his life, Bong lived in a warm home. Cotton was fed well, slept warmly, and Lan bathed and groomed his fur. Bong is loved and well cared for by Lan.

Bong’s birthday this year is very special. Cotton has Lan by her side, there is cake, there are gifts, there are congratulations. Bong was overjoyed, wagging his tail wildly and licking Lan’s face lovingly.
