It looks like the Buecheles are huddling up for their most exciting offseason addition yet – a baby girl. Shane Buechele’s wife, Paige, took to Instagram on March 18 to share a stunning maternity shoot, making it clear their little cowgirl will be arriving soon.
The first snap was a classic black-and-white image of Paige with her baby bump, accessorized with a cowboy hat. The following shots kept the country vibe alive with jeans and a hat on her head.
She captioned it perfectly: “C’mon cowgirl, we’re ready for you.”
This special milestone has been in the works for a while. Last November, the Bills’ QB room and their families hosted a joyful gender reveal for the Buecheles.
Paige expressed her gratitude via Instagram, writing about the overwhelming love and support, “The most thoughtful gender reveal with our Buffalo family thrown by the most thoughtful friends. God really blessed us with a community that loves others and Jesus so much.
So thankful for everyone that showed up for us.”
NFL star Josh Allen and actress Hailee Steinfeld nailed the prediction, with the couple guessing correctly, “Hi, baby, I’m Hailee. And we think you are a girl.”
Since joining the Bills, Shane, now 26, has found his rhythm with the team, and Paige, 25, has seamlessly blended into the community. They’ve even shared memorable moments with teammates, including attending Allen and Steinfeld’s Halloween bash last October dressed as Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker, in a nod to Kourtney’s iconic pregnancy reveal.
Shane Buechele’s Instagram comment on Paige’s maternity post ahead of their baby’s arrival was nothing short of QB1 in the dad department. He added a simple yet touching “My loves” on a photo captioned “mom and dad,” captured amidst a bright, white backdrop.
Having joined the Bills in 2023 after a stint with the Chiefs, Shane has been all in on this journey. However, the road hasn’t been the easiest.
Paige opened up about her pregnancy challenges last November during an Instagram Q&A session. She didn’t hold back, sharing that her first trimester was tough with “constant nausea and feeling exhausted.”
Throughout these challenges, Shane has been a reliable teammate off the field, managing the day-to-day and ensuring Paige had the rest she needed.
Now, as they await their baby girl’s arrival, the Buecheles are in their home stretch. Judging by Shane’s heartfelt comment on social media, he’s beyond ready to embrace fatherhood.
