There has been a lot of speculation about Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady and where he would be in 2025. Brady took over for Ken Dorsey last season after the team’s 5-5 start, and the Bills have gone 22-6 (including playoffs) since he became the man to run the offense.

Brady had taken interviews with several teams in this hiring process, but every job but one has become filled in the time since those interviews. The only team with a vacancy remaining is the New Orleans Saints. Brady spent time on the Saints’ staff from 2017-19 and stayed in Louisiana to become LSU’s pass game coordinator and wide receivers coach in 2019. However, despite his ties to the organization and the area, Brady is going nowhere.

According to Ian Rapoport, Brady has pulled out of the running for the Saints job and is staying in Buffalo for the 2025 season. The Bills are set to play in the AFC Championship Game against the Kansas City Chiefs, and should they win, it would be twice as sweet knowing they will be running things back with Brady next season.
