BREAKING: Buffalo Bills Officially Announce Von Miller’s Biggest Surprise for the 2025 Season!
In a surprising announcement, the Buffalo Bills have confirmed that star defender Von Miller will continue playing for the team in the 2025 season. This decision comes after weeks of speculation about Miller’s future, especially as he turns 36 in March and his current contract no longer includes any guaranteed money.
Miller, who joined the Bills in 2022 on a six-year, $120 million contract, has experienced ups and downs during his time in Buffalo. After suffering an ACL injury in 2022, he struggled to regain peak form in the 2023 season. However, in 2024, Miller showed signs of improvement, playing in 13 games and recording six sacks.
General Manager Brandon Beane expressed satisfaction with Miller’s return, stating, “I think this year we started to see Von return to form, making impactful plays and looking more like himself.”
Although concerns were raised about Miller’s $17.5 million base salary for 2025, both sides reached an agreement to restructure his contract in a way that aligns with the team’s salary cap. Miller also expressed his desire to stay with the Bills, saying, “I want to be here. I think they want me here, too. I plan to continue being a Buffalo Bill.”
With this decision, the Buffalo Bills hope that Von Miller’s experience and talent will remain a key asset in their pursuit of a Super Bowl title in the upcoming season.
