Former NFL center Mike Pouncey has put his Fort Lauderdale, Florida, residence on the market, which includes a unique feature—a football field. The contemporary-style home, constructed in 2020, is listed for $6.95 million.
Pouncey purchased it that same year for $4.1 million, according to PropertyShark records. At 35, Pouncey enjoyed a decade-long career in the NFL, spending seven seasons with the Miami Dolphins before retiring with the Los Angeles Chargers. He was also part of the University of Florida Gators’ team that won the 2009 BCS National Championship Game.
Pouncey is exchanging his waterfront South Florida property for a 220-acre ranch in Okeechobee, Florida, as reported by the New York Post, which broke the news of his home’s listing.
Nestled on the Las Olas Isles, the estate encompasses two parcels with 100 feet of waterfront and features nearly 4,400 square feet spread across three levels, according to the listing with Kimberly Knausz of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, who introduced the property to the market on Friday.
The home boasts floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the canal, which connects to the New River, and an open-concept main living area. It includes five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus an additional half bath.
The top floor houses a gym complete with a sauna that opens onto a rooftop terrace covered in artificial grass. From this vantage point, panoramic views extend over the water and toward downtown Fort Lauderdale. Outside, the property offers a pool and spa, a summer kitchen, and a dock—typical amenities for homes of this caliber. However, what sets this property apart is the football field running alongside the house.
The field, adorned with the Miami Dolphins logo at its center, caters not only to football enthusiasts but also features a putting green, basketball hoop, and soccer goal. It is approximately one-third the length of a standard football field. This field occupies an adjacent lot where a house once stood before Pouncey had it demolished, as he shared with the Post.
