BREAKING: Former Steelers OC Todd Haley weighs in on QB hunt.THANHDUNG

The Pittsburgh Steelers seem to be getting closer to a solution to their quarterback dilemma – at least for 2025. Aaron Rodgers visited the South Side, meeting with head coach Mike Tomlin, offensive coordinator Arthur Smith, and general manager Omar Khan as he continues to weigh what comes next for him in his career.

Everyone seems to have an opinion on what the Steelers should do, including former offensive coordinator Todd Haley who weighed in during an appearance on Sirius XM.

Pittsburgh Steelers part ways with offensive coordinator Todd Haley

“The best answer still to me [is] finding a way to come to terms with Aaron Rodgers,” Haley said. “I think Pittsburgh would be a perfect place for him from a perception standpoint and from a place to win. Rodgers is the best-case scenario.”

The Steelers offense hasn’t been the same since Haley left the team following the 2017 season when Pittsburgh ranked third in yards, third in passing, and were top 10 in points per game. Haley immediately joined the Cleveland Browns in 2018, lasting just over a month before getting fired along with then-head coach Hue Jackson. Since then, Haley has most notably been head coach of the Tampa Bay Bandits and the Memphis Showboats of the USFL.
