BREAKING NEWS: Latest bombshell gets Buffalo Bills one step closer to Myles Garrett trade.THANHDUNG

Ever since Cleveland Browns star edge rusher Myles Garrett requested a trade at the beginning of Super Bowl week earlier in the month, everyone has done their own fantasy booking of where he could land. Among the most popular teams in these proposals has been the Buffalo Bills. Buffalo once again made it to the AFC Championship Game, but came up short in a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs for the fourth time in the last five seasons. A game-wrecker off the edge would do the Bills a lot of good, and with the latest news out of Cleveland, they could be one step closer to getting there.

According to Mary Kay Cabot, Garrett himself has reportedly “slammed the door shut” on any possibility of an extension with the Browns and continues to make it clear that he wants out of Cleveland.

“Normally, Browns GM Andrew Berry meets with agents here at the NFL Combine about such matters, but Garrett and his camp, led by agent Nicole Lynn of Klutch Sports, have apparently slammed the door shut on negotiations,” Cabot writes.

Browns general manager Andrew Berry reiterated several times in his NFL Combine press conference that the organization has zero interest in trading Garrett. However, their hands may be tied if Garrett is this fed up and not willing to listen to any negotiations that don’t involve him being in a new uniform.

Enter the Bills, who are open for business. General manager Brandon Beane made it clear at his own presser at the Combine that he would be willing to trade the team’s first-round pick if it meant making the team better. Now that it appears Garrett’s time with the Browns is over and beyond repair, it’s time for Beane and the Bills to pounce and make the move.
