Since taking over as the interim head coach after the firing of Ken Dorsey following a Week 10 loss in 2023, the Bills offense has been an absolute juggernaut. Since making that coaching change, the Bills have a 22-6 record, including the playoffs.
Losing Brady would have been a tremendous blow to the Bills’ long-term plans. Having to start from scratch and redesign an offense that has been so balanced and so prolific would set the Bills back quite a lot heading into next season.
Brady’s offense has been efficient, balanced, capable of hitting big plays, and capable of grinding the clock. It has been incredibly hard for opposing defenses to game plan for, considering they can’t simply take one element away to stop them.
The Bills are hoping that his offense will propel them past the Chiefs to get them back to the Super Bowl for the first time in 31 years, but if not, keeping the crew together and growing in consistency sets them up well for next season. The future is bright in Buffalo.
