Buffalo Bills Tight End Dawson Knox Honored With Call to Courage Award for Outstanding On- and Off-Field Contributions
Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox has been honored with this year’s Call to Courage Award, a prestigious award given to NFL players not only for their athletic talent but also for their philanthropy and positive contributions to the community.
Organized by Buffalo Pro Ministry, the Call to Courage Award honors NFL players who live by their Christian faith and demonstrate courage both on and off the field. Knox was chosen because he has been a key player for the Buffalo Bills and an inspiration through his philanthropic work, especially following the sudden passing of his younger brother, Luke Knox.
Dawson Knox founded the Luke Knox Foundation, which supports youth education and community programs. He has also been an active advocate for mental health awareness and has demonstrated leadership in the Bills locker room.
This recognition is not only a personal honor, but also a symbol of the value Knox brings to the community and fans – a shining example of resilience, dedication, and a sharing heart.
