Josh Allen explains concerning funny bone injury after gutsy Patriots win..ANHTRUC.

The fact that Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is having an MVP season may not be surprising, given his past history. However, the fact he has fought through so many injuries that would have hampered a much weaker quarterback says a lot about his character and drive.

Not only did Ian Rapoport confirm that Allen has played through a fracture in his left hand that would have knocked most quarterbacks out for a while, Allen also lost feeling in his hand during Buffalo’s surprisingly close 24-21 win over Drake Maye and the New England Patriots.

While the Bills have a playoff spot already wrapped up, fans did not want to hear about an injury to Allen’s throwing arm. Luckily, the MVP candidate explained that his injury was nothing to worry about, as it didn’t last any longer than a few minutes.

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen explains funny bone injury vs. Patriots

New England Patriots v Buffalo Bills

Allen claims that a Patriots player’s helmet hit him in the arm, and his next throw was extremely wobbly as a result. No. 17 chalks this up to having no feeling in his throwing hand, which sounds like a perfectly legitimate excuse for not being able to accurately zip a ball in down the field.

Allen said it took about five to ten minutes for the feeling in his hands to come back, adding that he is “glad it’s gone.” Bills fans all over the country are with you on that one, Josh. The entire Super Bowl push hinges squarely on that right arm.

Allen did not have his best game against New England. Allen completed just 16 of 29 passes for 154 yards while throwing one touchdown and a terrible interception many deemed an “arm punt.” he only mustered 30 yards rushing on the ground, which could be a down game for him of late.

The Bills may not be able to catch the Kansas City Chiefs, who keep pulling rabbits out of their hat to the tune of a 14-1 regular season, in the standings. The primary goal for the rest of the season should be cementing their No. 2 seed positioning and keeping Allen as healthy as possible.

In an AFC that is as weak as it has been in years, Buffalo has a chance to finally right their past wrongs and make it to the Super Bowl. They can’t do that if Allen is banged up.
