The last time Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes were on the field together was on Feb. 9 at Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans. Unfortunately for them, the Kansas City Chiefs were on the wrong end of a heartbreaking loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, as Kelce and Mahomes were denied the opportunity to make history with what would have been an unprecedented Super Bowl three-peat.
The pair of superstar teammates were back together on Friday as they took to the course to play in a round of golf. It was announced on Thursday that Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce will be taking part in the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship Tournament in Stateline, Nevada in July, and perhaps the Chiefs tight end thought that it would be a good idea to get some practice in before the big event.
A handful of photos of Kelce and Mahomes are currently turning heads on social media as the teammates were seen enjoying a fun game at the Pinehurst Resort golf course in Pinehurst, North Carolina.
“Mahomes and Kelce were spotted golfing at @pinehurstresort today and you just know Trav was acting his usual self 🤣” a comment on Instagram read.

It’s nice to see these two spending some time together, especially after a recent report from Daily Mail revealed that Kelce and his girlfriend Taylor Swift has not had much face-time with Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes of late.
According to Daily Mail’s source, Kelce and Swift “aren’t hanging out” with the Mahomes couple at the moment. However, the insider also pointed out that “the two couples aren’t avoiding each other because of any tension, they just have other priorities right now.”
The report also referenced the fact that Patrick and Brittany Mahomes welcomed a new baby in January, which could be the reason behind their lack of hang-out time with friends.
Kelce and Swift, on the other hand, have been keeping it low-key of late as they spend as much time as they can together away from the public eye.
