In alignment with this, for the 2025 NFL season, the Packers have unveiled a number of new hires and internal promotions under LaFleur’s leadership.

DeMarcus Covington will take on the roles of defensive line coach and run game coordinator for Green Bay. Among other minor adjustments, Luke Getsy is joining the Packers as a senior assistant, Cory Harkey as special teams quality control coach, Jeremiah Kolone as an offensive assistant, Jeff Koonz as a defensive assistant, and Jamael Lett as a defensive quality control coach.

In terms of internal promotions within the Packers, several individuals have been elevated to significant positions. Sean Duggan has been promoted to linebackers coach, Sean Mannion to quarterbacks coach, and Connor Lewis has been appointed as the passing game coordinator and game management specialist.
