The Pittsburgh Steelers have again been ranked as one of the worst franchises by the players in the NFL.
The National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) released its 2025 report card for the 2024-2025 season
The Pittsburgh Steelers ranked 28th out of 32 teams overall after players evaluated their current workplaces based on their club experience. This is the same ranking that the Steelers received in 2024.

Players were asked about treatment of families, food/cafeteria, training staff, head coach, ownership and more.
The Steelers did improve in some categories from 2024 because in the 2024 report card, they received 3 F’s. There were no F’s on the Steelers 2025 report card.
The Steelers only received an A in one category and that was head coach.
