UPDATE: Buffalo Bills go for absurd traits at positions of need in latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft.THANHDUNG

In the latest 3-round mock draft, the Buffalo Bills addressed some crucial areas of concern on the roster. Let’s take a look at the picks that were made.

Jordan Burch

29th overall: Jordan Burch, EDGE, Oregon

This was a pick that I made in this collaborative mock draft. Here’s what I had to say about it.

The defensive line looks like the biggest position group to target for Buffalo up and down this draft. Enter Burch, a 6’4″ 295 explosive edge that can convert speed to power, win with athleticism, has tremendous burst, and is a natural pass-rusher. He’s still figuring out just how good he is, but Buffalo putting him opposite Greg Rousseau is exciting. – Jon Helmkamp

Jordan Burch is an unbelievably dynamic pass rusher with tremendous size and length. He’s exactly the type of athletic ball of clay that the Bills would love to have. This might be a bit early for Burch when looking at other mock drafts right now, but as someone that also covers the Oregon Ducks, I believe Burch will dominate the pre-draft process and start getting a lot more buzz as a first round pick.

60th overall (via MIN): Nick Emmanwori, SAF, South Carolina

I didn’t make this pick in this collaborative mock, but I completely agree with it. The safety position group has not found it’s final form yet, and another explosive playmaker in the fold would make a ton of sense. Here’s what my colleague Tyler Forness wrote:

The Bills have been known for their safety room over the years, but their group sans Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer has left some to be desired. They get a player in Emmanwori, who is the same archetype as Kyle Hamilton and can do a little bit of everything on the back end. – Tyler Forness

Anything compared to Kyle Hamilton, the Ravens’ superstar safety, is going to raise my eyebrowns. Emmanwori has a big frame at 6’3″ 224 lbs, with elite athleticism, traced at over 22 MPH this season. The first team All-American is a player that I absolutely love watching.

61st overall: T.J. Sanders, DT, South Carolina

This mock had general manager Brandon Beane and company going to South Carolina on back-to-back picks, as the Bills continue to invest in the defense. You’re going to notice a trend, and it’s because this is exactly what Beane has shown us over the years — athletically gifted prospects with a ton of upside.

Sanders is 6’4″ 290 lbs with tons of explosiveness and production from the interior of the defensive line. Sanders is a twitched up three tech defensive tackle.
