The Pittsburgh Steelers are showing plenty of interest in Colorado wide receiver Jimmy Horn Jr. Horn was asked by multiple teams to not play in the Shrine Bowl game after a strong week of practice, and the Steelers were one of those eight teams according to No Buffin Around Media.
Horn measured in at 5-foot-7 and would be another explosive slot option to pair with Calvin Austin II and Roman Wilson. With Wilson unproven and Austin heading into the last year of his contract, another slot wide receiver can not be ruled out.
Horn is predicted to go on day three of the 2025 NFL Draft after two years of playing with the Colorado Buffaloes and Shedeur Sanders.
He had 441 yards and one touchdown this season and 556 receiving yards in his first season with Colorado. With the Steelers currently having a multitude of seventh round picks, Horn could make sense as a double-dip option late in the draft to add more depth to a room that will need multiple players.
