The Minnesota Vikings are continuously one of the best organizations in the National Football League.

Not only is the coaching staff first class with Coach of the Year Kevin O’Connell, the front office treats people with class and respect along with ownership doing everything they can to help the franchise win their first Super Bowl.

The NFLPA released their third annual player report cards with over 77% of players voting and the Vikings once again scored very high, ranking second in the National Football League.

This is the second season in a row that the Vikings have finished second to the Miami Dolphins. They also finished first in the initial report cards released in 2023.

The Vikings received an A in every category but Nutrician/Dietician. Here is how they ranked across the board:

  • Treatment of Families:A+ (1st)
  • Food/Dining Area: A- (9th)
  • Nutrician/Dietician: B+ (15th)
  • Locker Room: A+ (1st)
  • Training Room: A- (4th)
  • Training Staff: A (2nd)
  • Weight Room: A- (10th)
  • Strength Coaches: A (2nd)
  • Team Travel: A (3rd)
  • Head coach: A+ (3rd)
  • Ownership: A+ (3rd)

This shouldn’t be too much of a surprise. Everyone who has come through the Vikings facility has lauded the organization as being world class in many ways. It should come as no surprise that they rank highly once again.

Now, what this does is it gives the Vikings a leg up on a lot of teams. For years, they struggled to attract free agents due to the weather and poor facilities. They can’t change the weather (which is always volatile) but the facilities are incredible, especially U.S. Bank Stadium, which was just voted best game day experience in a fan vote.

Players don’t just want to make money, they also want to have great facilities to use and their families to be treated well across the board. The Vikings can offer that and then some, which isn’t every team.

Don’t be surprised if they get a good value of two because they have elite facilities.
