Will Jordan Love play for the Packers against the Eagles on Sunday? Latest injury update for the quarterback -kid

The Green Bay Packers will have most of their 53-man roster available for the wild card round game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. And that includes quarterback Jordan Love. However, five players are listed as questionable.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (10) throws a pass during warmups prior to the game against the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field.

Despite suffering an elbow injury against the Chicago Bears last Sunday, the franchise player is recovered and fully practiced on Thursday and Friday. He is off the injury report and is expected to play in the playoff opener.

“He did well,” head coach Matt LaFleur said. “[Friday] was a good day.”

The only active players who have been ruled out are safety Zayne Anderson, who suffered a concussion against the Minnesota Vikings two weeks ago, and wide receiver Christian Watson, with a torn ACL — he’s out for the season and will probably be placed on injured reserve.

Questionable

Four impactful defensive pieces are among the ones listed as questionable. They are linebacker Quay Walker (ankle), safety Evan Williams (quadricep), edge defender Brenton Cox (foot), and defensive tackle TJ Slaton (ankle).

Slaton said in the locker room that he is expected to play as well. The defender missed practice on Wednesday, but was able to do some work over the last two days. The other three were limited throughout the week, a positive indication that they have a shot at being on the field.

The fifth questionable player is backup offensive tackle Andre Dillard, who’s advancing in the concussion protocol. He was a full participant at practice on Friday.

Safety Javon Bullard (ankle), linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (illness/knee), quarterback Malik Willis (thumb), and wide receiver Romeo Doubs (illness) are all off the injury report and good to go.

Other side

Quarterback Jalen Hurts and wide receiver AJ Brown and Devonta Smith, who are handling injuries, are all good to go — even though Brown and Smith might not be 100%. Defensive tackle Byron Young (hamstring) and guard Trevor Keegan (illness) have been ruled out.
