The Detroit Lions gave up 45 points in their 45-31 loss to Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders in the playoffs, effectively ending their season after a rash of injuries on the defensive side of the ball.
The most impactful happened to former number two overall pick Aidan Hutchinson on against the Cowboys in Dallas on October 13, ending the third NFL season of a player many felt was on his way to winning his first ever NFL Defensive Player of the Year Award.
On Monday, Hutchinson found himself back in the spotlight again as he took to an indoor practice facility to show off his wheels.

“AIDAN HUTCHINSON ON THE MOVE,” a Detroit based sports media account wrote along with an eyeball graphic and a fire graphic on Monday as they revealed the latest video clip of Hutchinson working out.
The former Michigan Wolverine and Heisman Trophy finalist was seen shirtless, sprinting down the field with a bit more of a lumbering motion compared to what many fans are used to seeing from him.
“Ok, he wouldn’t have been ready for the Super Bowl,” one fan said. “He’s still at minimum three months away from full go.”
Hutchinson had seven and a half sacks in just five games with Dan Campbell’s Detroit defense last season, along with one forced fumble.
Fans appeared a bit concerned that Hutchinson’s recovery is going slower than originally expected from the broken leg he suffered last October.
“But wait, I was told, especially by people at this network that he (would) be ready by the Super Bowl!!!” another added.
“Man he is lumbering with obvious loss of speed,” one reader said. “Hope he gets back to last year.”
